Harvestella guide: Game features, storyline, price and where to download

Harvestella for the Nintendo Switch is now available for digital and physical pre-order. The game is currently $59.99 and will be released on November 4th.

Harvestella is also coming to PC, with pre-orders beginning in June. You can pre-order the game for PC or Switch here.

Crops can be grown and tended to by players in the game. They can then use the ingredients to cook and even make crafts. It’s not all farming because players can explore the overworld, visit different towns, interact with the locals, go fishing, and much more. Players can choose between jobs such as Fighter, Shadow Walker, and Mage.

The game takes place in a colorful and vibrant world with four massive crystals known as the “Seaslight.” These crystals are in charge of the consistent change between the four seasons. The plot begins when abnormalities in the Seaslight appear. The protagonist, in particular, awakens during the peak of Quietus.

The Quietus is a disaster that comes with each season change and poses a threat to all life. Plants wither during this period, and people are unable to go outside. However, the Quietus has been getting longer and longer each year.

Explore the world through different settlements like:
- Nemea Town where cherry trees bloom all year round.
- The seaside town of Shatolla, home to a bustling tavern.
- The Lethe Village, resplendent in the vibrant colors of the four seasons.
- The Holy Capital of Argene, cloaked in snow.
Players can use the world map to travel to all the settlements and their respective dungeons. But they need to travel across beautiful and treacherous paths to reach the Seaslights.
Daily Life
- Grow fruits, vegetables, and crops in the fields to either sell or use as crafting materials.
- Players can use their produce in their cooking.
- Foods give helpful effects that can aid in adventures like HP recovery or temporary stat boosts.
- Players can also take care of plump cluffowl birds, dignified goat-like woolum, and a pet totokaku.

Meet different allies along the way:
- The missionary Shrika, who is looking for a new form of faith.
- The pompous gentleman mechanic Heine.
- Asyl, a descendant of the Wind poem people.
- The mysterious girl Aria, who says she is from the future.
- Cooperate or sometimes fight with them. Reach a deeper mutual understanding by facing their worries and their way of life head-on.
