Joe Jonas has been in the industry since he was a teenager, and many fans wonder how he has kept his youthful glow over the years; did he get plastic surgery to keep his youthful appearance?
According to the Daily Mail UK, the 33-year-old actor has admitted to getting injections to smooth out fine lines on his face in order to appear younger.
The former Disney star collaborated with a cosmetic injectable brand that promotes male skin care.
The procedure was non-invasive, which means Jonas did not have to go under the knife or have any artificial plastic surgery because everything can be done with injections.
In an interview with People Magazine, Jonas stated that he wants to break down barriers and open up the conversation about men’s skincare and grooming routines because it appears to be a taboo subject.
“We’re all getting older, and part of that is feeling at ease in our own skin,” he explained.
The DNCE frontman went on to say that men should be open and honest about their skin care routines rather than being afraid of “speaking the truth.”

In other parts of the interview, the Jonas Brothers member expressed concern about what he puts in his body, particularly when it comes to cosmetic treatments.
He decided to try injectables after speaking with the brand he’s currently promoting and his health care provider.
The non-invasive procedure also helped him gain confidence by smoothing out the scar between his brows.
“I liked that it relieved the area a little bit and I was like, ‘Okay, this is great,’ without being too much for my liking; I appreciated that it wasn’t too much; it’s very light,” he added.

Because of the judgmental people around him, Jonas found it difficult to open up about his skincare and hair routines at first.
He does, however, surround himself with people who support him in all of his decisions, including how he expresses himself to the public through clothing, nail painting, and other means.
He believes that the stigma associated with men doing things that were once considered taboo is “fading,” and he likes the idea of men exploring more.
“It’s great to see guys wearing makeup more openly; it’s like, do whatever you want, you know? It’s a beautiful generation that we’re living in,” he said.
