Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan have out their six-bedroom, six-bathroom house on sale, three years after they announced their split in April 2019. The former couple lived in the said property in the second half of their nine-year marriage.

Tatum and Dewan listed their Beverly homes with Rayni Williams of The Beverly Hills Estates and Laura Brau of Compass for $6 million. Records showed that the pair purchased the property for $6 million in 2015.

The house, which was built in 1950, offers a total of 4,853 square feet of living space. Variety reported that the late “Star Wars” star Carrie Fisher lived there until 1994. It was, then, sold to Hollywood agent Kevin Huvane and film producer Roberto Sneider before it was passed on to Tatum and Dewan.

The property was described as an elegant Hamptons-style country estate with a total of three levels. It includes dining, living and family rooms, an empty room that could be used as a gym, an artist studio, a primary suite overlooking the backyard pool and a gourmet kitchen.

It also has a pool, which is equipped with an elevated spa, surrounded by an acre of mature landscaping and grass. Aside from that, the home also features a two-level wraparound deck outside.

The home has remained vacant since Tatum and Dewan called it quits in April 2018. The twosome has since moved on and transferred into their new homes in Los Angeles.

In a joint statement obtained by Us Weekly, Tatum and Dewan stated that they would remain a family even after their split.

“Absolutely nothing has changed about how much we love one another, but love is a beautiful adventure that is taking us on different paths for now. There are no secrets nor salacious events at the root of our decision — just two best friends realizing it’s time to take some space and help each other live the most joyous, fulfilled lives as possible. We are still a family and will always be loving dedicated parents to Everly,” the former lovebirds said.

In February 2020, a judge declared that Tatum and Dewan are legally single. The paperwork revealed that the “Step Up” costars agreed to use OurFamily Wizard, which is an app designed to help divorce parents communicate, to coparent their daughter, Everly.
